Manage your subscription
To cancel a rank subscription, use the Manage subscription page or type /mvpshop cancel in the game. To change your payment method, open the Stripe customer portal and sign in with the email you used at checkout. Cancelling stops the next payment; your rank stays active until the end of the paid month.
Please include
- Your Minecraft nickname.
- The order number (shown on the screen after payment).
- What you bought and when.
- A screenshot, if something is shown wrong.
Common problems
- I paid but got nothing: join the server. Items are delivered when you are online. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, contact us with your order number.
/verifysays the code is wrong: codes are valid for 10 minutes and only for the nickname you entered. Start the purchase again to get a new code.- Wrong nickname: write to us as soon as possible.
