Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

By buying from the MVP store you agree to these terms. The store is operated by the seller named on the Seller information page (contact: [contact email]).

What you buy

Items in the store (ranks, crate keys, coins and similar) are virtual items for the MVP Minecraft server. They have no value outside the server, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another server. Descriptions and prices are shown in euro on the store page.

Nickname and delivery

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. By paying you also accept the Stripe terms. Prices include all fees shown at checkout. A purchase is complete when the payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions (ranks)

The VIP, MVP and MVP+ ranks are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the Manage subscription page or in the game with the command /mvpshop cancel; the rank then stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. Within 14 days after the first payment you can also withdraw and get back the part you have not used, see the Refund Policy. If a renewal payment fails, the rank is removed after a short grace period. Gift items that came with a rank (for example protection blocks) are given once per rank and are yours to keep.

Rules and bans

Buying an item does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for breaking the rules, you are not entitled to a refund, except where the law says otherwise.
